Mr Gurjar has been a consultant surgeon since 2011 and in addition to his private practice he currently holds a post at the Luton & Dunstable Hospital where he has a specialist interest in colorectal surgery.

In practice:

  • Fully trained general surgeon and advanced colorectal surgeon, offering expertise in:
    • Open and laparoscopic (keyhole) bowel cancer surgery
    • Surgery for inflammatory bowel diseases, including Crohn’s disease & ulcerative colitis
    • Laparoscopic hernia repair (groin, abdominal, incisional)
    • Dealing with all aspects of coloproctology including piles, fissures & fistula
  • An accredited endoscopist (OGD, colonoscopy & removal of polyps)
  • Specialist training in pelvic floor dysfunction offering patients surgery for rectal prolapse and effective management of evacuatory disorders.
  • Co-director of undergraduate education at Luton & Dunstable Hospital, which involves training young surgeons in keyhole surgery.

Natalie has been a consultant gastroenterologist since 2016 and in addition to her private practice she currently holds a post at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, with a specialist interest in gastroenterology and HPB medicine.

In practice:

  • Fully trained gastroenterologist with specialist training in HPB medicine, offering expertise in:
    • Endoscopic diagnosis and management of chronic pancreatitis
    • Medical management of gastroenterogical diseases including coeliac, IBS, bile salt malabsorption, pancreatic cancer, cholangiocarcinoma
  • Performs all gastroenterology diagnosis procedures including gastroscopy, colonoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, ERCP and EUS
  • Specialist training in interventional endoscopy
  • A trainer for endoscopy trainees teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate gastroenterology students as part of her extended role as unit training lead for Hammersmith hospital.

Mr Bhan has been a consultant Colorectal Surgeon since 2012 and currently holds a post at the Whittington Hospital where he has developed the SILS colorectal service and is lead for IBD surgery and benign colorectal disorders.

  • Fully trained general surgeon and advanced colorectal surgeon, offering expertise in:
    • Minimally invasive surgery, also known as virtually scarless surgery
    • Single incision laparoscopic surgery (SILS)
  • Specialist training in pelvic floor disorders
  • Training Programme Director for surgical training in north, central and east London, plus Essex.
