- Dr Graham strives to deliver high-quality care to his patients. This is achieved through taking a holistic approach in which patients are listened to, their questions answered and their needs understood and met
- Dr Graham is a Gastroenterologist and interventional endoscopist specialising in diagnosing and managing conditions that affect the oesophagus and stomach. These include acid reflux, peptic ulcers and pre-cancerous conditions such as Barrett’s Oesophagus
- Dr Graham performs a wide variety of endoscopic therapeutic procedures including treating acid reflux with devices such as Stretta and removing early cancerous lesions.
- Alongside this he regularly sees patients with a vast range of gastrointestinal symptoms including abdominal pain, diarrhoea and constipation, bloating and unexplained weight loss
Training:
Dr Graham qualified from St Bartholomew’s and the Royal London Medical School. He went on to complete his gastroenterology specialist training on the prestigious North East / Central London Rotation and undertook a PhD at University College London. His PhD focussed on the early detection and treatment of oesophageal and gastric cancers.
Research, publications and awards:
Dr Graham organises and is expert faculty on national and international endoscopy conferences in order to further education of other gastroenterologists within this field. He regularly trains gastroenterologists on how to detect lesions and perform therapeutic procedures.
He is committed to furthering research and knowledge within his field and has an active research team alongside being widely published in medical journals on subjects surrounding early cancer detection, endoscopy and education. Additionally he has written national guidelines within his specialist field. Dr Graham believes that this work ensures that patients receive a high standard of care.
