Our Practice

Your health is our goal

More than just a patient – we treat every individual we meet, not as a patient, but as a person. It is understandable that your symptoms may be causing pain, discomfort, embarrassment or worry. Know that you are not alone and that specialist help is available.

Prompt and honest diagnosis
– we ensure that our diagnosis tests are prompt and we give you honest feedback with practical solutions, highlighting a range of options, where available. Our aim is to reassure you and also advise you of real issues so you are able to make educated decisions about your health, with our guidance.

Evidence-based treatment – our primary goal is to help you feel well again using evidence-based treatment. Our aim is to select treatment options, which will give the best long-term results and a fast recovery. Non-invasive treatment options are explored before surgery, to minimise your discomfort, wherever possible.

Helping you live with a GI condition – like you, we want for your life to be as normal as possible, so we work to help you overcome obstacles and regain confidence with our kind and caring approach to your healthcare. Having helped many people with similar situations we know how to connect you to other health professionals, as well as peer groups and charities.

Maintaining a reputation of excellence in medical care – this is our core philosophy in all work we do, ensuring we communicate effectively and keep you informed throughout the entire process, from consultation to diagnosis, treatment, surgery (if required) and after-care.

“Everyone has the right to a high quality, evidence-based approach to their care”

– GI Doctors
